Rising star Jordan Rakei gives us a taste of his seventh studio album with his new single ‘Promise‘.

‘Promise‘ is the second single, which will be featured on Jordan’s forthcoming seventh studio album ‘A Safe Place To Be Wild‘, set to be released on 30th of October, and this is also alongside his biggest-ever UK and Europe headline tour culminating in his largest show to date at London’s Alexandra Palace on 24th April 2027.

Parts of it were written over a decade ago with the incredible Rosie Lowe, and the song just stayed with me through the years before finally finding its place and coming to life on the record”

With his new album coming out in October, his new and previous releases suggest his new collection of tracks will focus on the vulnerabilities encountered in relationships and life, speaking honestly and raw about real experiences. He creates an intimacy with his latest music where you feel relaxed and connected to it, and while doing this, he is able to create lyrics which contain unique perspectives on the different themes of relationships and navigating life; he uses detailed description and storytelling in order to produce a soulful song.
