Ashe’s ‘Stop The Wedding’: A Must-Hear Love Drama

Rising star Ashe creates a cinematic love drama story inside her new single ‘Stop The Wedding‘ and no, please don’t save this wedding date!

While supporting Benson Boone on his summer tour across the United States, rising singer-songwriter Ashe releases her captivating single ‘Stop The Wedding‘, reminding those lovers out there that you don’t need to hold onto a relationship or a love which isn’t working out; identify the red-flag signs and leave before you commit to something you aren’t prepared for. It is a catchy song which many people can relate to, and the single gives listeners hope and encouragement to get up and leave if things in their current relationship aren’t feeling right for them, teaching everyone that if you don’t feel a connection, then do not feel pressure to stay.

Along with honest and unique lyrics from the perspective of stopping getting married before it is too late, the production of the music is also enchanting and hypnotising to listen to. Produced by Noah Conrad, the sound provides a theatrical sequence, with dramatic and sensational orchestral violins and pounding beats which add more intense emotion; it creates a large classic pop drama where you feel enticed to listen further.

“I was thinking about how absolutely perfect my wedding day was,” she said, “and how horrifying the first wedding was. I’m married and divorced, and the only reason I have a career is because of the song I wrote about it.”

She continues, “This time around, I was in my 30s, and I just kept thinking about how much autonomy I have in it and how if this didn’t feel right for some reason, I could totally put a halt to this whole thing. I didn’t feel that freedom as a 23-year-old getting married.”

Now, the pop sensation is on tour with Benson Boone this summer across Denver, Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, San Diego and more. See below for a complete list of dates; tickets are available for purchase HERE
