Pop sensation and rising Brit star Myles Smith pours his heart and soul into his debut album ‘My Mess, My Heart, My Life‘.

Inisde his debut album, Myles conveys a message explaining throughout the themes of his songs surrounded on mental health, struggles and trying to find a special kind of love, he reveals to everyone that while being a rising star, life doesn’t stop giving you ups and downs, no matter if you have all the money and fame in the world, we are all human and popular singers who are loved all over the world where people know their name and songs, they all experience the same emotions that we do, whether that is struggling mentally or hoping to make an acheivement, we all experience this together.
‘My Mess, My Heart, My Life‘ is a one-of-a-kind album which contains important and moving stories spoken from the heart, from mental health to finding love; Myles Smith lays his heart bare in his lyrics.
Opening the album, he welcomes listeners inside his life filled with layers behind layers, showing that everything in his life isn’t black and white. From talking about “Sisters crying, slamming doors, plates are flying/I was born into a fractured family, where a word could start a war/Lost my tongue when I spoke my piece/Yeah, he grabbed my shirt and bruised my cheeks/Said a man had to go toe-to-toe with a boy 13” to “Oh-oh, sorry/I’m so goddamn indecisive/I was raised just to do as I’m told/And I hate the way that I’m still like this/I’m still learning to walk on my own“, the accoustic pop song shows Myles’s vulnrable side, exploring the struggles and obstacles he faces in his home and looking into the old memories which has made him who he has. It is a hard-hitting opening song which gives a hint of what the album will explore, diving into hardcore insights, showing how Myles has build himself up, going from weaknesses to strength, it is a beautiful album that not only has upbeat music to dance to but a important messages that speak clear to the soul which anyone can relate to, escpecially a society which isn’t afraid of opening up about struggles and vulnrable emotions.

From ‘Hold Me In The Dark‘ to his collaboration with another pop sensation, Niall Horan, on the country folk song ‘Drive Safe‘. While giving us updates on his album release, Myles opened up on Instagram stating how this album brought him to “Burning out. The last couple of months I’ve spent more time overseas than I have at home.” to explaining on another post, giving people an insight from the “I think when people see streams, sold-out shows and incredible opportunities, it’s easy to assume the self-doubt goes away. Mine definitely hasn’t. If anything, putting out an album that means this much somehow makes me feel even more vulnerable.”
Since emerging in 2024 with his popular hit ‘Stargazing‘ in 2024, Myles has grown as an artist in his own unique spotlight.
