Now sharing his upbeat EP, ‘Deep Water‘ delves into the yearning of wanting to be with someone and diving into a relationship filled with commitment and wishing to be with someone in their life forever.

2026 has been the best year of my life. It’s a mix of some more light-hearted, sappy love songs mixed with some very personal and vulnerable ideas. I think people are really gonna hear how much I’ve fallen back in love with songwriting. As always, please listen and take what you need. I love you.”

Throughout the five uplifting tracks, you can feel the passion and love elevated through Cameron’s distinct and sensational vocals as he sings about putting all his effort into his relationship and never wanting to let their partner go or leave them for someone else. The 23-year-old has continued to deliver songs within his energetic yet moving music collection that speak to their heart and soul, making it relatable for any listener to listen to, which makes it stand out and meaningful in a music industry filled with hit EPs and albums. It is no surprise that Cameron has won awards, such as being named the 2025 recipient of CMA’s Jeff Walker Global Country Artist Award and for his debut album ‘The Hard Way‘. Cameron earned #1 on the Country Albums chart in Whitcomb’s home country of Canada, earning Gold certification and quickly surpassing 500 million streams nationwide thanks to such emotionally raw singles as the breakout fan favourite “Quitter”.

Last month also saw Whitcomb among the most triumphant stars at Canada’s 55th Annual JUNO Awards, taking home both “Breakthrough Artist or Group of the Year Presented by FACTOR, the Government of Canada and Canada’s Private Radio Broadcasters,” and “Country Album of the Year” (for his critically acclaimed debut album, The Hard Way). Along with accepting the two prestigious honours – which follow an additional pair of recent wins at the Canadian Country Music Awards (CCMA), Whitcomb delivered an electrifying performance of his hit “Options,” capped off by an unforgettable backflip on the catwalk, which quickly went viral following the star-studded event.
