In 2023 I photographed Alyssa Ellen, a incredible independent artist, I captured multiple shots and videos of her beautiful performance at Da Vinci’s restaurant in Hornchurch, Essex.

I met Alyssa when I was involved in a university project where I had to create a independent magazine on a topic of my choice. For this, I chose music and surrounding it on independent singers, where I found Alyssa situated in my home town, Essex. A down to earth and talented singer who performs at various venues in Essex and also sings covers and her own original music where she crafts the songs with emotive and raw lyrics that can be relatable to any listener.
