As the Elivs movie creeps upon us, waiting for the 24th of June, we anticipate for the magical movie to come into cinemas. 

Starring Austin Butler, the Elvis movie is about the one and only pop sensation Elivs Presley, showing the story of the superstar of how he became to be the glorious person he is today. 

Brought to you by Warner Bros, Pictures, visionary filmmaker, Baz Luhrmann explores the life and music of Elvis Presley (Austin Butler) through the prism of his complicated relationship with his enigmatic manager, Colonel Tom Parker (Tom Hanks). The soundtrack features Elvis’s extraordinary body of work spanning the 1950s, `60s and `70s, while also celebrating his diverse musical influences and enduring impact on popular artists today. 

It is about time audiences watch a movie about the man who brought rock and roll to life and discovers how he rose to fame through his wonderful music. 

As told by Parker, the film delves into the complex dynamic between the two spanning over 20 years, from Presley’s rise to fame to his unprecedented stardom, against the backdrop of the evolving cultural landscape and loss of innocence in America. Central to that journey is one of the significant and influential people in Elvis’s life, Priscilla Presley (Olivia DeJonge). 

As well as the remarkable actors and performances in the film, what else is beautiful is the soundtrack inside the movie. Including artists such as Doja Cat with Vegas, Austin Butler with Trouble, Tupelo Shuffle by Swae Lee and Diplo and Gary Clark Jr. (who plays Arthur “Big Boy” Crudup in the film).
