Recently, Love Island star Yewande Biala has made an exciting announcement about her releasing a brand-new book next year, where she will write the ‘whole damn thing’.
At the start of the week, the 25-year-old anticipated the followers of her incredible news about her book announcement. Her upcoming book called ‘Reclaiming‘ will include a wide range of topics that will discuss the specific insults which black women encounter in dating apps to colourism and trying to journey through a career ‘when the odds are stacked against your success.’
The book will also feature a collection of thought-provoking essays involving identity, love and career choices. Yewande notes that ‘Reclaiming‘ ‘will serve as an inspiring love letter for anyone who has ever felt out of place but strives to find success in every aspect of their lives‘.
‘Reclaiming‘ will be released in May 2022, published by Coronet Books.
Like many stars who go on the Love Island adventure, sometimes it can work out, but sometimes it goes another way, where you don’t find the love, but you find yourself instead. In June 2019, Yewande entered the villa; speaking to Cosmopolitan Magazine, she had an amazing summer experience. Although Yewande didn’t find love, she has continued to be a wonderful, successful woman. Leaving the villa, Yewande is now a social media influencer and has so far worked with various brands, from In The Style and Sleek Makeup to Boux Avenue and Missguided.
Congratulations on the upcoming book Yewande! Why not pre-order ‘Reclaiming‘ now?
