Although it is not October anymore and not the event of Black History Month, here at InCeleb, we still want to continue remembering Black History month and looking back and forward on the people of colour who have inspired us.
Martin Luther King

Nobel prize winner and social activist, Martin Luther King, was one of the many inspirational people in America, during the 1950s, he played a big role in fighting for civil rights in America. Hoping that his dream would come true that everyone one day will walk hand in hand and be equal, no matter how diverse they were.
Whitney Houston

The glamourous, sassy and one of the most successful singers in the industry of music, pop-singer Whitney influence many people to reach for the stars, never look back, and to be the best you can be. Although Whitney sadly passed away in 2012, her songs are still successful and continue to make us joyful ad create powerful emotions today.
Will Smith

The man who has been in the acting industry for 50 years or more has always made us laugh at our TV screens. Will Smith is another creative who has motivated people to keep reaching for their dreams and always brightens up our day by acting in the many successful films and TV Shows that he has been in such as Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air, Bad Boys, and many more.

Rosa Parks was another example, alongside Martin Luther King, who fought for the civil rights movement in Americal during the 1950s. Like Martin Luther King, she believed that everyone had the right to be equal and not be discriminated.

The powerful rapper in today’s music industry is not only amazing at singing and speaking from the heart, but also has a passion to help people from deprived backgrounds. This was shown in his song called God’s Plan. We loved this music video so much, it brought us joy and happiness!

Footballer Marcus Rashford is one of the numerous stimulating people in society. This is because he has recently shown commitment in society by providing support with families who need help in affording free-school meals, he decided in Summer to create a free-school meals campaign which was victorious.
