Yesterday Chadwick Boseman, the inspirational and hardworking Actor, who played the role of a powerful character in Black Panther, has sadly passed away at 43.

On his official Twitter account, a statement confirmed the heartbreaking death of Chadwick Boseman.

It was announced that he died of stage 3 Colon Cancer, he fought with the Colon Cancer for four years, to which it then progressed to stage four Colon Cancer.

A true fighter, Chadwick persevered through it all, and brought you many films you have come to love so much. From Marshall to DA 5 Bloods, August Wilson’s Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom and several more, all were filmed during and between countless surgeries and Chemotherapy.

He died in his home, with his wife and family by his side.

The announcement about Chadwick became a revelation many of his fans and friends, as he never publically revealed his diagnosis to the world. He was a fighter who was brave, and we will never forget what an impact he had on many people.

After acknowledging the death of Chadwick Boseman, people began to scrutinise the weight loss he had. In an Instagram post, actress Octavia Spencer spoke about how fans were recognising his weight loss and never considered the truth behind it, how he was undergoing chemotherapy and battling cancer.

Chadwick Boseman had an outstandingly successful career. He was an actor, a writer, and a director in which he achieved accomplishments in all areas. He began his career in 2000 after he landed various television roles., starting in 2013 he starred in his first TV role where he played baseball pioneer Jackie Robinson in “42”. Following on from this, he left remarkable performances on various movies he starred in, Chadwick characterised numerous black icons, such as James Brown (“Get On Up”), Thurgood Marshall (“Marshall”) and many more.
