Pop sensation Taylor Swift excites fans all over again, a year after the release of her record-breaking album, ‘The Life Of A Showgirl,’ by sharing four more new songs as part of the album’s encore.
With her Showgirl twelfth studio album release a year ago, Taylor believed it was time to add an encore part of another successful album, which gained over 250 million streams in the first week and stayed at number one on the US Billboard Charts for twelve consecutive weeks, making it another best-selling album of Taylor’s, which is no surprise since she is such a talented singer-songwriter with a special positive influence in the music industry.
From becoming popular world news over the summer when Taylor found her happy ending with American football player Travis Kelce, where the two got married at Maddison Square Garden in New York City on the 3rd of July, it was time for Taylor to celebrate this and return to social media to give her fans a spectacular present of four new songs featured on one of her many successful albums.
This wasn’t the first time we have heard from Taylor since her previous album release, ‘The Life Of A Showgirl’, as she was also featured in the new movie Toy Story 5, bringing Cowgirl Jessie’s story to life in her hit single ‘I Knew It, I Know You‘.
Releasing last Friday, the pop sensation shared her four new songs from the special encore release, including ‘Patient Zero‘, ‘Cleveland‘, ‘Pink Clouding‘ and ‘Babylon‘. Speaking on her new singles, Taylor stated on social media:
“About a year ago, you guys did a truly unfathomable thing. Something that completely blew my mind… You gave The Life of a Showgirl the biggest first week for an album in history. I took a trip to Sweden to celebrate with Max and Shellback, my two collaborators on this album. Really we just wanted to reflect and take in how grateful we were for the moment we were in, but there was a studio there and we did what we do when we feel anything at all: We wrote more songs. I hope you love them, because they were born out of pure gratitude for your exuberance for and celebration of the album we made. The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore including four new songs is out on Friday and available to pre-order and save now ❤️🔥”
