Ahead of his sophomore album release coming out this month, pop sensation Alex Warren continues to deliver emotional stories on the themes of love and finding someone who is your world in his new single ‘Rescuer‘.
With his upcoming album ‘WildChild‘ releasing on 28th of August, Alex gives us another taste of his music, with previous releases of ‘Fever Dream‘, ‘Passenger’ and ‘Fine Place To Die‘, his new single continues to tell heartfelt stories filled with emotion about his journey of love, going from living in the darkness to finding a beautiful light at the end of his tunnel which in fact was his saviour, his wife Kouvr Annon.
Yet again in ‘Rescuer’, Alex pours out all of his heart and soul into it, writing lyrics filled with emotion that bring goosebumps to your arms and make you shed a tear of happiness due to the story of how finding his someone special brought him back to life, saving him from going under. A beautiful, moving and magical story that only Alex can sing extraordinarily about. “A stranger to love till you said the word/When I was six feet down in the dirt/You kissed me to life, my rescuer/Everything in this world broke my heart till you broke the curse.”
“RESCUER” is a tribute to his wife, Kouvr Annon. Warren shares, “When I was at my absolute lowest, my now-wife Kouvr saved me. Nothing I have or have done is possible without her. This song is written to her as a way of expressing that.”
Along with his romantic song, Alex also unveils the cinematic music video, which portrays the story of a period drama romance, where Alex attends a masquerade ball and falls in love at first sight with a beautiful woman and is actually starring his wife as the actress in the music video, which makes it that more real for the journey of love coming to life in the cinematic piece directed by Andrew Donoho.
