Grammy-nominated and record-breaking singer-songwriter Alex Warren continues to deliver powerful hits that cannot escape from your head, and he has done it again with his new single, ‘Fever Dream‘.
Following on from his album, ‘You’ll Be Alright Kid‘, Alex Warren decides to turn it up a notch for 2026, making an irresistible track which you cannot stop from bobbing your head to, or as Alex Warren sums it up on his TikTok video:
While having catchy beats and captivating grooves that will make you want to get out on the dance floor, Alex takes a different direction of sound compared to his viral hit ‘Ordinary‘, which is a poignant, slow romantic power ballad; this time, the singer decides to involve elements of a swinging piano melody and uplifting, powerful drums, which boosts the infectious energy into the song.
‘Fever Dream‘ tells a passionate story of being infatuated by someone you were trying to get over, but the attraction is too strong, creating something like a ‘Fever Dream‘. It is a beautiful way Alex uses his distinct vocals to portray this narrative: ‘Left the room the second that you walked in, somethin’ like a fever dream/Haven’t slept in weeks, I think I’m seeing things/Like our shadows dancing us out of our clothes.’ It is a reflection on Alex meeting his wife Kouvr for the first time and the ever-changing chaos of fame.

The music video features Alex as an LA tourist driver, where he enters a colourful, dreamy world, trying to find a blonde woman, rushing through different chaotic scenes heading to the mysterious character. Finding his mysterious woman, who is no other than Paris Hilton, she wakes him up, and he goes back to busking on the streets of LA.
