Justin Jesso Unveils His Music Video To ‘Too Good To Lose’

Since the release of his captivating single, Too Good To Lose, shared to the public at the end of September, Justin Jesso has now unveiled his brand-new music video to his recent single.

The video opens in a dimly-lit workshop, where Justin is busy crafting some unorthodox masks. Growing frustrated at his inability to create the perfect design, he glances at some framed pictures. They inspire him to race back to some of his favourite memories: spending time with his partner and playing basketball with friends. Yet every single person in those flashbacks is wearing one of his masks.

Eventually, he comes to a realisation. His potential is only limited by the way in which he disguises his true self due to a fear of rejection – a virtual “mask” that prevents him from being open and vulnerable with the people that really matter. It’s a revelation that opens up countless possibilities for the future.

“We all hide behind these versions of ourselves… and the only way to be the best person you can be, and consequently the best person you can be for someone else is to be yourself”

Justin Jesso

Too Good To Lose conveys emotions of regret and feelings of doubt in considering to opening up in a important relationship.

The ‘Too Good To Lose’ video was directed by Timon Birkhofer, whose previous credits include James Arthur. It’s Justin’s second powerful official video of the year after ‘Meant To Come Back’ depicted arresting images of desolate major cities following lockdown.
