Netflix series ‘Never Have I Ever’ cast have confirmed it will be returning for a second series.
Season 2 of ‘Never Have I Ever’ will include ten episodes starring Maitreyi Ramakrishnan ( high school student Devi), Poorna Jagannathan (Devi’s Mum or known as Dr Nalini.Vishwakumar), Richa Moorjani (Devi’s cousin Kamala), Jaren Lewison (one of Devi’s crush’s, Ben Gross) and Darren Barnet (who is another one of Devi’s crushes, Paxton-Hall-Yoshida).
On Wednesday the cast excitedly announced the big news over a Zoom call while being obsessed with Maitreyi’s new bangs hairstyle which looked utterly amazing!
For more intel on what the Netflix series is about, ‘Never Have I Ever’ is based on the life of Devi, who is a first-generation Indian-American teenage girl. In the TV show, she deals with the sudden death of her Dad, searches for love, and she figures out who she will be.
Unlike the season one premiere, which was released in April 2020, the season two premiere may be postponed until a later date, due to the production being paused because of the coronavirus pandemic.
